Trouble Shooting
Fault | Instruction |
Printer | Won't Print? Thermal Rolls are used so there is no need for ink. Have you changes the roll? Has it been inserted the right way? |
Printer | Change Batteries - low batteries may not have sufficient energy to power device - Push down on the holder firmly to ensure they are correctly installed |
Printer | Was the printer purchased alongside the alco-meter you are trying to print from? Please be aware that if your Drager model is a 6820 model the printer will need to me model version 3.21 and over. to find out what version you have, turn the printer on and quickly press the green button twice. This will produce a printout, on the printout look for a Rev number on the right hand side. Should say Rev: 3.17. if not then you will need to up grade to make it compatible with the 6820 model All printers can be updated through Drager at a cost. Alco Meter 6820 - Invalid Time & Date | Turn on the Alco Meter, press side blue down arrow button pictured below:![]() Right hand blue button (as pictured) can be used to update the "date" and again "ok" to confirm. ![]() * Please be sure to make our team aware of this when booking in future calibrations |

613 - Sensor Drift | Recalibrate Senor - Return to SYNLAB Calibration team! |
614 - Senor Offset | Recalibrate Senor - Return to SYNLAB Calibration team! |
615 - Sensor Leakage | Recalibrate Senor - Return to SYNLAB Calibration team! |
616 - Sensor Measurement Timeout | Recalibrate Senor - Return to SYNLAB Calibration team! |
617 - Sensor Self Check Failed | Return to Drager Service - Return to SYNLAB Calibration team! |
621 - Sampling Unit Error 1 | Switch off, then switch back on. If error not cleared Drager will need to be returned. |
622 - Sampling Unit Error 2 | Switch off, then switch back on. If error not cleared Drager will need to be returned. |
623 - Sample Unit Voltage Error | Switch off, then switch back on. If error not cleared Drager will need to be returned. |
624 - Sampling Unit Timeout Error | Switch off, then switch back on. If error not cleared Drager will need to be returned. |
All Drager Models | Do not remove Batteries for longer than 1 minute, this will revert the unit back to factory settings. |
