WORKPLACE DRUG & ALCOHOL TRAINING

WORKPLACE DRUG & ALCOHOL TRAINING

At SYNLAB Laboratory Services our highly knowledgeable training team are equipped to provide training solutions to enhance your organisation’s awareness of drug and alcohol misuse in the workplace.

Formal training and informal training support can be provided at the point the contract goes live, and over the life of the contract to ensure your team is comfortable and confident in enforcing the company policy.

POLICY TRAINING

We would advise that all site managers and/or team leaders who are responsible for enforcing the company Drug and Alcohol Policy attend a full day’s substance misuse and policy awareness training course.

The substance misuse and policy implementation course is targeted at site managers/contract owners who are responsible for overseeing the Drug and Alcohol Policy, and need to act appropriately when necessary.

We also offer the following training tools:

policy pamphlets, policy posters and alcohol wheels.

During the contract implementation process we would recommend the contract owners

and line managers attend a general awareness training course at SYNLAB Laboratory Services in Abergavenny.

The aim is to give all relevant stakeholders an overview of the services SYNLAB Laboratory

Services deliver and to answer any general service delivery questions.

*Course content may vary based on type of services taken.
